Little Pots & Pans Co. all natural gourmet tarts are shipped 6 to a package. The tarts, which weigh approximately 6 ounces each, will be delivered frozen to your door via UPS Next Day Air to ensure maximum freshness. Your tarts will arrive with instructions for storage, heating and enjoyment.

Shipping:
Please allow 48 hours for your Little Pots & Pans order to be processed and shipped, in order to ensure the freshest possible product.
Little Pots & Pans Co. ships products frozen via standard UPS overnight service Monday - Thursdays. Orders received after 5pm PST on Wednesdays will be shipped the following week.
We cannot ship to a PO Box at this time.

Shipping pricing is based on the weight of the order and the distance it will be traveling to arrive at your door. At this time Little Pots & Pans Co. is only shipping to the contiguous 48 States. If you have special shipping needs, please contact us, and we�ll do our best to arrange delivery for you.

Little Pots & Pans Co. has a dedicated commitment to ensuring the safe, efficient delivery of our food products. We use an air tight, fully insulated packaging system that keeps your order frozen for up to 36 hours. Our products are packed in a reusable, seamless, molded polystyrene cooler chest with non-toxic frozen gel packs. Both the cooler and the gel packs can be reused on your next picnic or road trip.

We may collect your IP address to analyze trends and customer interests as well as to administer the site, track your site movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Refunds:
Little Pots & Pans Co. is confident you will love our products. Any item(s) that you deem unsatisfactory will be replaced or refunded upon your request within 5 business days of receipt of your order.

We regret that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If our products arrive damaged, its replacement will be shipped free of charge.
