Based on high demand in the summer of 2010, Little Pots & Pans Co. began a soft launch of their gluten-free tarts at local farmers's markets and co-ops.
Our philosophy was to take our already popular fillings and encase them in a flakey, non-wheat (and vegan!) crust.
We process our gluten-free tarts separately from our wheat based tarts, using only certified non-GMO rice and sorghum flours.
2011 finds Little Pots & Pans Co. increasing production and availability to a rapidly expanding gluten-free audience.
